We collect data directly provided by you (name, email, WhatsApp, Google/Apple OAuth login, profile details, bank/e-wallet payout accounts, KTP identity documents for specific campaign KYC, NPWP tax ID if applicable, and digital consents), official social media data via OAuth (TikTok/Instagram username, view metrics, likes, comments, campaign hashtags), and automatically collected data (IP address, device type, access timestamps, cookies). We never store your social media passwords.

Certain data collected qualifies as specific personal data under the PDP Law — particularly identity verification (KTP) and financial records. This data is only collected with your explicit consent for campaign KYC, fraud prevention, and commission payout processing. Sensitive data is stored with high-grade encryption and may be deleted upon consent revocation unless retention is mandated by law.

Data is processed to provide and maintain the Clipper platform, verify video clip submissions, calculate pay-per-view (CPM) commissions, process instant payouts, deliver transaction notifications, detect fake view fraud, and fulfill tax and legal obligations under Indonesian law.

Public creator profiles and clip submissions are shared limitedly with campaign managers (brand owners). Additionally, data is shared with licensed payment gateways/banks/e-wallets for payout transfers and cloud infrastructure providers. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We employ industry-standard encryption for data in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access control (RBAC), regular security assessments, and incident response procedures to protect your information.

We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide Clipper services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal and tax obligations. Once no longer required, data is securely erased or anonymized.

In the event of a personal data breach impacting your account, PT Catrova Digital Indonesia will notify you and relevant authorities within the statutory timeframe mandated by the PDP Law (within 3×24 hours), alongside remediation measures.

Under the PDP Law, you have the right to access, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or request data portability. You may also delete your account via Account Settings or by emailing [email protected].

Clipper uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session security, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can manage or disable cookies via your browser settings.

When connecting TikTok or Instagram accounts, we only access data authorized via official platform OAuth processes, adhering to API Terms. You can revoke authorization anytime via your TikTok or Instagram account settings.

The Clipper platform is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18; any identified minor data will be promptly deleted.

Your data may be processed on trusted cloud infrastructure outside Indonesia. In such cases, we ensure equivalent data protection safeguards adhering to applicable privacy laws.

PT Catrova Digital Indonesia may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via the platform, and the 'Last updated' date will be revised.
